Everything is amazing !! Stuff sells out fast so get there as soon as they open . I had the brisket sandwich and it was amazing so delicious. Really worth it. The service is also amazing the owner was walking around asking if everything was okay. The vibes are very much there and it's s great place to grab a bite to eat , must try.

Delicious food. Tender and flavorful. Even like the history on the wall of the lost traveler was fun to read while we waited. Fun place to eat and pickup to take home.

My kids took my husband for a belated Fathers Day lunch because they know he loves BBQ. The food here was mouthwatering, so far it's the best bbq we've had. We ordered a tray of ribs, ox tails, brisket w/sides of Texas toast, cole slaw, baked beans, mac & cheese with an additional 3 brisket & cheddar sandwiches & 5 drinks came to under $200. It was a little pricey with well worth it, had lots of leftovers. We can't wait to come back. My only wish is they had more indoor seating. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Pros: *The smoked oxtail is tender and delicious. If you've never had oxtails consider sampling the oxtail taco first. *You can order a side of rice which pairs well with the oxtails. *They have a variety of lemonade flavors. Blueberry lemonade was my favorite. Refills are complimentary. *The Texas toast was so good. I have spent some time Texas and I can tell you the Smokehouse has perfected both the Texas toast and brisket. *A second location is schedule to open in Murrieta soon!! *There will most likely be a line when you arrive so be patient! Although it was hot the day I went, it was nice to see a small business thriving in this economy. *There is parking on both sides of the resturant. *The restaurant has seating inside and outside. *They were not stingy with the meat. My brisket sandwich was loaded with tender brisket. Cons: *part of the menu (which include sides/desserts/oxtails) is handwritten on a board and not visible when you walk in if there's a line. The main menu is on a board above. *I wonder if the full menu was listed in one place would the line move faster??? *If you sit inside be prepared to shoo flies away. I'm sure it's hard to keep flies out due to door staying open due to patrons waiting in line. *They don't have sausage/links (or I just didn't see it on the menus). *I couldn't see the address from the street upon arrival and passed the restaurant. The restaurant is located inside the train caboose shaped building on the corner. *I will definitely be back soon.
